Yeah, that description of totemism you posted does fit, thanks for sharing. I guess you can find anything on wiki these days. It is always interesting learning about tendencies.

I tell myself many times to meditate, there are times i do, but of course there are times i don't and feel like doing other things. It has many amazing benefits though, and once into it, very relaxing and worth it. Ah, the power of procrastination. I like to think, we don't have to force ourselves into things when we are not ready.

Also, thanks for sharing that story of the ant you saw in your other post They are amazing creatures.
There are tons of sites dedicated to what animal guides mean, i just stumbled across the ant on this one:

That's really interesting. Thanks for the tips and the link. I really liked the Ant link because I see there are good messages in their how people should be able to exist together. My ant came and visited us again last night
