Opening Up - 3rd eye or vibration ?

When exploring the concepts of improving things like clairvoyance or communication with spirit there seems to be two distinct connections with the physical ... some attribute seeing spirits/etc ... to opening up the third eye while others attribute it to raising your vibration ...

Wondering if anyone can elaborate on the difference between the two, is there a connection ? I understand what it means to open up the 3rd eye/pineal gland activation and what raising your vibration signifies but are they two different means to the same thing ?

I've never done direct work with the third eye, so can't really comment on that aspect, except that like most things spiritual, it happens when you're ready for it to happen and is not to be forced...

Raising your vibration - easy! By raising your vibration, you move into a faster level of energy/vibration, thus making it easier to work or connect and easier for Spirit to move closer into your unique vibrational signature. This can be done via the simple method of focusing on Joy... the joy of life, love and spirit.

When you open your third eye, you sometimes get glimpses into different dimensions and astral planes, if your vibrations are low you will get glimpses into the lower astral plane ( been there, wasn't scared, but it wasn't a pleasent experiance either ). The higher your vibrations you have the higher the astral planes you will glimpse.
