Bombarded by energy?

I am not sure if that is what it is but it definitely feels like something is sending lots of energy into my right ear and it's causing me pain... How do I make I stop?

Are there any other explanations?

I have no ear infection, I as just at the doctors today, and no sinus infection either. Doctor just sent me home and otl sme to take ibuprofen and/or antihistamine to make the pain go away.

But really it does feel like energy bombarding my ear can anyone help?

Hey, the exact same thing happens to me from time to time. It's only been painful a hand full of times, but from what I understand we are being tuned to clairaudience. Do you ever get buzzing in your ears? The sound of the ocean or tones or cool air? Your guides may be the ones doing it, so I'd close my eyes and just quickly let them know that it hurts a little and to slow down.

That as good an answer as any I could come up with.

When I saw your thread, I didn't know the energy was centered in your head LOL. Otherwise, if it is just general energy and bothering you, like in your feet, you can plant your feet on the floor and envision the energy flowing through you and out your feet and back into the earth, and as you do this, ask that any energy that is not yours be released back into the earth. It may take a few minutes before it feels better, and you may still get some residual buzzing for awhile, but the leftovers could just be your energy you are feeling. Also, if you have been doing healing using your hands, you can shake your hands for about a minute and the energy will dissipate out of your hands as well. You can do them both together (the feel thing and the hand thing :) ).

But since it is in your ear, I wouldn't know if that would help, as it sounds like a different connection problem. It does sound like someone is trying to get your attention - maybe grab a pencil and a piece of paper and ask questions and see if any thoughts pop in.

I believe in listening to your body as an indicator. It could also be that you are avoiding hearing something, and this is your body's way of saying, Wake Up!

I am avoiding hearing it because it doesn't seem to listen to me. I tell it that it that my ear hurts real bad but it doesn't seem to stop, last time I felt this I somehow managed to block it. It was in the back of my neck closest to my skull... It felt like there was a hole in it... But I believe I closed it down and put enough blocks and shield ps to where it can't use it....

I don't hear anything, just feel pain, when I am laying down I ometimes feel cool or warm air like someone's breathing on my ear... It's creepy

Could be that it's not your guides trying to open your clairaudience, but someone else. Someone who is doesn't really care if it hurts you. Try to rid your home of negative entities is all I can say, because this one must be really trying to get in contact with you.

@amylou yeah that's what I figured, I have just sprayed some sage around my room, can't smudge...and parents complain all the time when I spray my sage... it very fun. I am working on trying to heal whatever damage has been done to my ear and also putting up barriers so it doesn't happen in the future when I am meditating or sleeping... its one thing to do it when your awake, its another to do that when your trying to take a nap or when doing your homework and studying!

Can't exactly cleanse the whole house, I live with my parents and we have different belief systems... they call it woowoo stuff and complain and forbid me from burning anything in the house. Mom is allergic to incense :/ so occasionally when no one is home I will do a cleansing using water with a pinch of sea salt and using a cinnamon stick to flick the water around to cleanse the area... don't know if it works but it did get my parents to stop fighting once :) they were so mad at each other they wouldn't speak to each other, when they were gone at work (and little brother asleep/at friends house) I would sneak into their rooms and do a cleansing... and then the next day they would be happy and smiling and hugging each other like it never happened

I generally just cleanse my room from time to time... I guess I should do that more often...


@Gem I have seen a doctor, he said there was nothing wrong with me, he checked my ears, my lymph nodes and my sinuses. but he couldn't find anything wrong, just told me to take some ibuprofen and some antihistamine pills to help ease the pain. beyond that he can't prescribe me anything or do anything for me.

It'll probably go away by itself, but if it persists or gets worse, see another doctor.

I don't think I'm clueless. Just because you don't agree with me does not mean you have to insult my contribution to this discussion.

This is a common way for energy from a higher source (whatever it might be), to make it's way to you. It may be something more personal for you specifically, or it may be something of a broader generalized nature, such as guidance for mankind as a whole.

If you have ruled out a medical reason for it, then I would suggest for you to just relax, and appreciate that you have attracted the attention of higher beings, and look forward to the immense benefits this may provide to you in the future.
