When we mention spirit we are talking about people who have lived an earthly life and died they are spirit, Angels are Celestial beings who have never lived an earthly life they are beings of Light.
A lot of people can be classed as an earth Angel they are people who help mankind in various ways.

Alonso An Angel or Arch Angel can not heal your mind you need to see your Doctor and if Necessary refer you to see a Psychiatrist

Alonso, you can definatly ask Angels to guide you, or to ask for their help in guiding you to where you need to go for help / treatment.
But they themselves cannot cure you from mental health issues. They are not doctors or medical professionals .
