Yes, that might be the reason why they have a heart attack but the reason why it's more likely to kill them is because they avoid emergency help.

Two different things, what causes the heart attack and what increases your chance of dying from it.

I have dreamt of the Picts before, without knowing who they were while dreaming of them. After the dream, I did research and learned all about the war and stuff and it was all similar to what I dreamt. The land I saw in my dream was down right beautiful. The art work of the picts too was amazing, what I saw in my dreams.

I once dreamt that I robbed the emperor of Japan. From that dream I learnt about 3 assassins weapons that I'd never heard of before. They were so obscure that it took days for me to track them down. There's absolutely no way I could have known about them in advance. They'd stopped being used for thousands of years!

I told a Japanese person about the dream. She was actually angry with me lol
