It'd be the same for any form of being regardless of how advanced or not though wouldn't it?

i'm unsure. it could be that observing a problem from a higher perspective
would allow resolution to become much simpler (like multiplying 10x10
rather than adding 10 groupings of tens).
i'd had a thought that maybe i should've supplied a 'grounding cord' for
you, after i'd expressed the idea that you were 'advanced'. this occured
to me afterwards; i'm glad that it seems you've not required that.

I don't really feel 'advanced' but I do have a specific, personal grounding technique that I use all the time.

that "beginners" are suited for... this world is at a 'masters level' of learning.

being "old souls", which (i infer) means we've been through a lot of stuff.

I've heard quite a few Kryon channelings, also Abraham Hicks but not about old souls so I'll take a look. I read somewhere that at least one negative energy, without fail, will attach to certain 'advanced' people in the hope of stopping them becoming who they really are. I think it was Lightworkers but I don't know if thats just something said to create more fear.
