Awww that is so good! I did t know about that walk.

That disease is horrendous. A friends husband has it and there is just no cure for it. They must be devastated.

It really IS a terrible disease Red, devastating for all concerned .
But how lovely that the footballers do things like this to raise awareness and money.
The footballing 'family/ community ' do so much behind the scenes to help others.
And many of the individual players do lots independently like visiting children in hospital etc.

Watched the England v Belgium friendly last night.
Am loving England's second kit of the grey with gold accents . Really smart and could even be an early contender for "Kit of the tournament " yet in the Euros LOL..
( Belgiums kit certainly Won't be in with a shot.
I found it quite offensive , baby blue shirt and purple shorts ! What's going on there ????)....
Not the best game ever, but was worth watching if only for
Bellinghams last kick of the game in injury time to score the
equaliser and the game ended 2 All.

I was really impressed too when England came out at half time with no names in their shirts as part of their campaign to raise awareness of Alzheimer's disease .
It was actually a very very clever thing to do.

Also , the last 3 places for the Euros were decided yesterday and the winners were ..

Georgia, Ukraine, and Poland .

( Poland beat Wales on penalties ).
I won't post the groups yet as it's not till June.
I'll do it a bit nearer the time and we'll have a bit of "Euro fun " too .

Ok... So I'm raving on to son Ben about how much I love England's "grey" kit .
He told me it's purple !!!
I mean , naturally I ignored him because he is colourblind.
But just in case I looked it up and it's saying it's purple !!!!

There is NO WAY thats purple. Or if it is it's very very very very subtle .
So can anyone have a peek and let me know what colour you think it is ??? Please .

A good game coming up this weekend, Arsenal vs Man City. This should be the determining factor on whose gonna win (I think).

Personally I would like to see a draw cos that would give them only one point each and give us a better chance of winning the league. But if Arsenal win, that will give them four points ahead of us which makes it harder.

We are playing Brighton on Sunday. Even tho they are doing well, I think we have a good chance of winning, especially as it will be at Anfield.

In the Rubiales case the prosecutors are going for two and half years prison and £85,000 compensation for Jenny Morosa.

At first I thought the prison sentence sounded a bit harsh but then again maybe it isn’t just the kiss but all the intimidation, manipulation and stalking of the team (by phone) and all the years they have been treated appallingly would be taken in to consideration.

So from that point of view it kinda makes sense imo.
