What verses have you tested, and thus, live by? :)
Trust in the Lord with all your heart; and lean not unto thine
own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
-Prov 3:5-6 KJV
I don't know if anyone knows this more than me - it's actually one of the Secrets of Life, imo.
Just do this, and oh my, life becomes so much more wonderful.

5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not rely on your own insight.
6 In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths.
- RSV

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.

Yes Mam.
And then you can apply Jesus's 2 commandments with it.
*
Quote:
37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

Now this, I heard for the first time as a very new Christian - probably 2006 -
Beth Moore on Wednesdays, ha, looked into that camera and so whispered
with such power with her hand as if holding out a precious paper...wanting
to grab your attention:
Delight in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.
-Psalm 37:4
Well, I contemplated all aspects of that sentence in wonder. I will let you
come to your own conclusions.
Then, put that into practice! See what unfolds for you.
(And how your relationship with the Lord enriches.)
Stay with this verse for 2 solid weeks - see what you realize are the desires of your heart!
Watch, as we know ourself - we get to know the Lord, better.

Something I live by - for over a decade now - since it jumped off
the page and wowed me, (Thank you, Holy Spirit).
Do not worry. Have no fear. Fear not. Be not afraid.
Voilà

Love is patient, Love is Kind
Full Verse:
1 Corinthians 13
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

The first Bible verse that really caught my attention on my path
that lead to buying a Bible.
On a friend's fridge left by the children of the deceased seller of the house.
(Diff translations are diff.)
He will keep him in perfect peace who
stays his mind on Him.
-Is 26:3
Boy, is that ever true!
