What type of moonstone is this?

Hi everyone,
Since recently starting to learn / practice the healing qualities of crystals and gemstones, I am still only new to the game and looking to seek info on some pieces that I already own,
but never really took an interest in until now.
So if possible, I would love if someone is able to tell me what type of Moonstone this is? (White or Rainbow)
My boyfriend (now husband) bought me this gorgeous ring when we first started dating 4 years ago... He bought it for me because the label read that moonstone helps with depression and anxiety and that is such a thoughtful gift, because at the time I was really struggling with both.
However I haven't worn this ring for at least 2 years maybe more, but like I said, I am actually very interested in crystals now and trying to seek information so I can take things seriously.
What other energy or properties does moonstone offer, apart from helping with emotions?

(I am wearing the ring now, and don't plan to take it off anytime soon!)

Hello Missmetal, beautiful ring. I can't say for certain, but it looks like an Opal to me. Maybe google Opal Moonstone.

Thank you for the response, I have looked up opal moonstone, however I still believe it is white or rainbow moonstone :)
I think the more I have been looking into it, there is a possibility it could be rainbow moonstone, but I'm unsure due to the whiteness within the stone too, which is why I think it could be white moonstone.

It's definently a tough one to figure out :)

Looks like rainbow moonstone to me.

I agree, it looks like Rainbow Moonstone to me also. I'm no expert though, so it could be Clovers suggestion.

It looks mighty similar to my Rainbow Moonstone ring. I will add a picture of mine tomorrow and we can look at the similarities.

Looks like Rainbow moonstone to me. It seems protective of you and gazing at it in a relaxed mood or just touching it playfully with your fingers may facilitate angelic communication or communication with your guides. It will enhance your intuition.
It seems a pleasant happy stone that could keep your motivation up if you are starting something new. All moonstone usually helps with fluid retention.
