I am a seeker
I'm a Libra, and am often wondering how we got here. And why? Complete blackness. Nothingness. But we're here, so what do we do? Complete blackness. Nothingness. How did our predecessors come into being? Nothingness. Is the first step to success getting over what we cannot understand? I would love to overcome anxiety, worry, and fear.
Here's to many insightful experiences on this forum!

Welcome to the forum Water Sage! I would say that success is understanding what we can so that we may overcome our anxieties, worries and fears; and that which we cannot understand, we must let go, and if it is meant to, the answer and understanding will come to us in due course, but that is just what I believe. I hope that you find the answers you are looking for, there are many insights here that will help you along your spiritual path

hi Water Sage.
i have two strategies that you might use to address your anxiety, worry, and fear.
1) realize that an aspect of you has already overcome those things
(if you can picture that in your mind, you can know that it's true).
then, just explore ideas that seem to explain how that aspect of yourself
has accomplished ascending from the darkness. attune yourself to that you.
2) recognize that everything, including your emotional sensations, has
originated from a place of love. knowledge, truth, and life force (all of
which are "light") have come to you from Source, which exists beyond
the blackness/nothingness (the void is NOT Source). the energies which
you experience as those troubling things have not begun as "downers".
just some thoughts.
apologies for sounding a tad preachy.

"Preachy" to me, is a term that implies superiority. You don't come across that way at all! Thank you for the advice. |
