flying dream, was my spirit traveling while i was sleeping?

the other night, I dreamed I was floating in the air in the sky. I was with two other people. they were flying too.

well, a week ago, I dreamed that I got on a bicycle at the end of the road I live on and hurried and peddled fast, and a few minutes later I woke up. almost as if I was in a hurry to get back to my body? lol

I'm not sure, maybe someone can let me know what they think.

oh ok. well this is rare for me for this to happen...... I usually don't experience this.

my dad passed a month ago and my mom passed 3 years ago. do you think that maybe I'm astral traveling more now since my dad passed? (so I can be with them?)

astral travel is actually our consciousness expanding. we dont actually travel anywhere away from our body, we expand our consciousness.

so yes, your heartfelt emotions in the dream knows if you traveled to see your parents or not.

My deepest condolences to you. Losing a parent is a hard event to experience.
