New to past-life regression
Hi
I am thinking about doing some past life regression through some hypnotherapy recordings. I just wondered if it is considered safe to do this on your own? Or is it better to do this type of thing with a qualified therapist?

Tony, it is generally safe. I have used them many times, and nothing bad has happened. You obviously have to find a safe, quiet place - not driving, or operating machinery. I know you are thinking, "Duh!", but some people don't consider that you can go deeply under. Dr. Brian Weiss, a leader in the field of past life regression, has said that using CDS can be more helpful than putting yourself in the hands of a badly trained PL practitioner. Good Luck!
