Also couldn't it be possible that phobias and fears are because of an event in a past life? This is off topic, but how on earth do you go about finding a person who can help you remember past life(s)?

i've always been deathly allergic to cats. i would have asthma attacks.
then one night i had a dream-actually i had the dream 3 nights in a row, progressing in the story line. the part of the dream that is relavent is that in a past life, i was killed by a tiger.
oddly enough, after that dream, i could be around them. i moved in with a friend who had 4 cats and they didn't bother me at all.
can't really explain it-but it sure was interesting.

I don't know of any allergies that I have, other than to a brand called Skin So Soft.
I'm also Lactose intolerant.
Fears? Spiders, vomiting, the dark and the sea.
Spiders may have come from a past life. Perhaps I was bitten and killed by a spider.
Throwing up, I think that came from when I had the sick bug when I was 10.
The dark I don't know. As for my fear of the sea, I have a massive fear of being stranded at sea, in the middle of nowhere. The film The Life of Pi? Couldn't watch it. It portrayed my worst fear.
