Giant Spirits who are 40ft. tall (12+ meters)?

Has anyone have ever seen giants spirits looking as if they were 40ft(12+meters) in height? I know I have heard of ordinary ghost showing mirages to intimidate living people they are as tall as trees. Although, there are some maybe giant spirits that were not a living form or a human in life. Where do they come from and are they connected possibly to giant humans of an ancient highly technolized civilizations that once settled on this world? I know, I haven't seen them , but I have heard of people spotting them in isolated areas.

There are countless types of entities out there. It's like there's a wide range diversity of spirits out there, as if they were their own species, if this makes sense. Long story short: Yes, there can be spirits that are over several feet tall. :)
