What is the difference in feeling between Astral Projection and Lucid Dreaming?

I know what you mean though. I do take everything with a big bucket of salt, especially those who claim to know this, that & other about the 'astral' (and any spiritual concepts for that matter). I think that we (humans) are so far stuck up our own backsides with conceit and pride that we assume we have all the answers. We are miniscule bits of dirt compared to the universe and most likely know diddly-squat about it.

As I stated before, whether it's all in my head doesn't make it any less valuable or pertinent to me. I'm not a seeker of 'truth' (that's an absurd notion to me). I'm an experiencer, a player, an adventurer, a curious otter.
