What does Astral projection feel like?
For those who are experienced and have AP'ed.
Does it actually feel like you are in your 'physical body' and are moving around or does it feel more dream like?
I'm just curious. I've been trying to project for awhile and have only had a sort of dream projection.. not a real full conscious projection.

It can be both. It can feel like a dream, a bit real and bit of a dream. You are a bit aware. You can be reasonably aware but not fully aware. When you wake up you think I normally do not think that. I was not thinking properly or strange things happen. It can feel extremely real, just like you are in your physical body. Strange things can still happen even if you are very aware. One time I was looking at someone and his face was distorted. I wondered why did that happen. Then I remembered I watched a horror movie the night before with the same distorted face.
