Living, breathing I AM.

God may well be described as 'living, breathing I AM'. From experience I have learnt that life/being cannot wander far from it's core.
That core can be called I AM.

We can love others, we can love God, we can love all sorts, but we cannot wander too far from our own self.
Self love forms the core of reality IMO. If we wander too far from self love we get lost.

Self love is the foundation for loving others, imo.

Again, this morning I am reminded that I must not outgrow myself. My centre lies within me. Not outside.

lost.
Honza,

I am sorry but you are very difficult to follow. You post in General Religion….there are only two paths….seems to view the I AM as the worst possible thing while this post seems to praise it. What am I not understanding?

Hi Honza - How do you personally love yourself? Thanks.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

I'm torn in two concerning this issue. On the one hand I would love God to be selfless and good. On the other hand I understand the impracticalities of a God who is 'not Himself'.

In life I enjoy losing/immersing myself in others and otherness, but then reality comes crashing down and I remember that I am my own self.

To me it is all a dilemma.

Why not just let God 'Be' regardless of what you want,

Let which God be? The selfless, good one or the SELF one? I don't know who God is. There seem to be differences within Him.

Are the differences in God or your perspectives of God ?
