For some he is and for some he is not. You and others have already stated this within the thread. So either the stories where people would not want to be on his bad side are true or they are lies. I say they are true. Angels are not perfect just because some describe them as being so.

And I get that we live in duality, and only we conceive things as good or bad, and everything is one in reality.

Does every emotion, feeling exist in the astral world, only without duality?

I really don't know if St. Michael actually came to me in a dream once but if it was really him, it was the perfect way for him to give me a message. There wasn't this mass of energy and light and drama etc etc, he was just this normal looking guy sat kind of casually in a wooden chair that told me I had a life to live and I should live it. He introduced himself to me just as Michael and I always assumed it was the AA himself. I had another similar one about Jesus where we were just chatting, like we were good friends.

If fear exist in the Cosmos, then the answer is yes because angels like humans are very much a part of the Cosmos. You also have to have in mind that fear is not nescesarily negative. All emotions can be both in a state of balance or not, so the art is to find balance in every part of yourself and then you will find balance in the Cosmos.
