Need resources on raising vibrational frequency of self. :O

It's rare that I pop on here anymore, but as of today I've had an excited urge to get back to work on myself in a more..."hands-on" kind of way, the last couple months I've let my intuition guide my growth through uncommon and obscure means. Anywayyyy, I plopped onto a page regarding raising your personal vibrations and it had quite a few misconceptions and I was a bit let down by it, so I've decided I'd come here and ask you guys for some *free* resources for doing the such. I want to touch and hear and see and feel things etc to the fullest potential again, I'd enjoy to be so internally silent that I feel the very workings of my own body to the fullest of details and feel all the layers and roots to my feelings and thoughts again. I want to remember what it's like to lead myself rather than be led by myself again, be omnipotent and feel clean..etc

Also I need some means of getting a free mountain bike, I miss mountain biking and a free mountain bike is exactly what I need. ^^

Police auctions are a good bet. I bought a car for $200 awhile back at an auction, a car that was listed at over $1000 elsewhere.
