I think more modern branches of Buddhism like Interbeing (set up by Thich Nhat Hanh), various western Zen groups, and Triratna (formerly FWBO).

A true Buddhist should not discriminate anyone, if they do they are not following Buddha's teachings.

My religion is very simple
My religion is kindness.

The Buddha.

As I remember Buddhism
They only teach, avoid sexual misconduct
Never mention about Gay or not.
If we control our self well, so all is well

Discrimination is judging others, Buddha said ' do not be the judge of others but look at yourself '

The following is a scriptural reference on sexual morality of Buddhist laypersons as it pertains to right action, from the Cunda Kammaraputta Sutta:

Abandoning sensual misconduct, he abstains from sensual misconduct. He does not get sexually involved with those who are protected by their mothers, their fathers, their brothers, their sisters, their relatives, or their Dhamma; those with husbands, those who entail punishments, or even those crowned with flowers by another man. This is how one is made pure in three ways by bodily action.

There are no Buddhist denominations that denounce homosexuality. Some smaller sects do within their sects but do not hold the world to that standard.

And celeste, I believe that the first saying you referenced, regarding kindness, is from HHDL.

Most sects of Buddhism don't discriminate against homosexuality. The ones that do you will probably find it's more cultural than religious discrimination.
