what are the things that EVERYONE has heard of?

In our discussions it sometimes crops up that not everyone has heard of Jesus, or Krishna, or certain spiritual teachings etc.

So lets try and state the obvious and name the things that everyone on the planet has heard of.

Things like - the sun, water, rain, the world, fire etc.

But what about spiritual things? My guess is that everyone has heard of spirit, love, God, their own 'I', light.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

It is a deceptively difficult question.

Our aliveness. It is. The power that keeps us alive, through waking, dreaming and deep sleep states. What is the source, which cannot be different from ourself?

Space. In, within, around everything that is manifest. Unchanging, unknown and yet enabling. Immediate and intimate but we notice it not. What is it?

Time. Said to be linear, sequential but if so, deja vu cannot arise. But we are in bondage to time. What is it?

Heart. It is here desires arise and where they are satisfied. Where lies the urge to seek and what is it we seek, which would satisfy all desires?

I've heard around town that a lot of people are 'asleep' and won't wake up. If that were to actually be true I can't imagine that they have 'heard' much of anything lately.

There is also that pesky matter of those who refuse or otherwise just cant to open their eyes/ears, what have they heard or seen lately?

A big misconception people have is after death is that time is the same both sides of the veil, that is so not true.

Time is Linear time is not needed in the spirit world, that is why so many people ask why havent i heard from soand so since their passing .if they come through quickly they normally have an enabler to help them but one minute here can mean one year there

I always thought the opposite for the other world..

That one year here is one minute there. The eternal time... Then again it 's a subject of interpretation (of time, the essence)

It has to go along with how much you 're enjoying your presence alive here I guess...

I so rem the book by Natalie Sudman...after being in a vehicle in Irag that ran over a bomb,
she had a vast, long experience on the Other Side...ha! Speaking even on a stage
to a very interested audience...so much went on there! She didn't know
if she was there a year or 100 yrs.
When she came back into her body...a wheel on the Jeep was still spinning.
I highly recommend her book. The most brilliantly worded NDE I've read.

Was wondering what is more important, hearing of or hearing etc, I mean hearing the message of. One begins to realize even without the names mentioned what was said was always true and one only needed to hear it.
