Developing my abilities
Ever since I was a kid I have always loved nature and how beautiful each and every creature on the earth is, and now that I'm older I've come to realise how I have a connection with the ocean, how it means freedom to me, or any natural pools of water really, rivers and lakes, and I like to collect rocks and shells from such places, as time goes by I'm sure I will find that I have other connections to specific elements of our natural world as well, but I was wondering how can I develop my connection with nature. Thanks for reading and for the replies in advance.

natural ways
Hi A tip would be to become aware of signs in nature ......it will talk to you, show you some marvels if you spend time with nature & you can meditate too.

Examples?
fey, I have similar questions. can you provide some examples of "becoming aware of changes in nature"? Maybe even one that pertains to a forest or non-water based biome?

a surprise on the ocean
Hi Caitlynn One example is one early sunny morning on beach I look up to see of all things gracefully swimming by... a SWAN! I had to ask someone if they could see what i was seeing to confirm it.

Much thanks
That makes sense and put things on course or aptly lets me know i am somewhat on course. "Perfection is a path not a place". such moments have come to me often, just yesterday morning shortly after I sent this message there was a hawk sitting on my back stoop and it stayed for quite a while and observed. Which has certainly never happened (I live in an urban neighbor hood) and yet I have also always seen hawks in times of great movement in my life or preceding them. Thank you for your examples. Now to begin trying to understand my own path a little more. Deed and Elk have also appeared often in my life in times of stress and choice, they also will bear some reflection perhaps.
