something strange.
When I pray laying down I get a warm feeling in my stomache. For the first time I got this warm feeling in my stomache ane I have not even prayed. What is this?

sounds like it might be your solar plexus chakra that you might be feeling.............your solar plexus chakra is right above your belly button.
what do you think?

I often get the same sensation but around my chest, almost like a pure feeling of relaxation.
I used to do a lot of meditation and cleansed my chakras when I suffered from depression, but now I feel as if I am okay and I do not need to do this.
It's a lovely feeling, but a strange one at the same time. Do you agree?
