Letters of Release to the Universe

We often hear about affirmations and writing them out and then burning them to the Universe to have them come back to us. I too have found that there is away to release energy from you and your surroundings in doing a letter.

I did one this AM I have been dealing with so much the past year or more and I have been bent and broken down. Had the blessing of the EX passing away in December but that has not lead to the peace and freedom we all felt it would. He was a horrid man in life, got off easy in death dying in his sleep. Since his passing there has been nothing but negativity and stress over his estate. Kids I thought I knew turned into someone I never thought I raised. Everything has been on ME to keep the peace and its taken a tole on me.

Today I hope I have released the EX from me and all around me. 8 pages later I had it written out. I then got the sage burned the letter into a South Wind. I hope that this ends his hold over me and the family. That he moves on to the purgatory he needs to face his life review in.

Yes I did 33 years in abuse and I had 3 kids with that same man.....but I had a path to walk and lessons in personal growth to experience. I do not regret the path I went on but was blessed to get out alive.

I hope to be free from him now! Now I hope to have the time to heal. He even tried to push me down the stairs trying to get outside with the letter.

Lets hope that is as far as a cleansing I need to do. If not out comes the darker magics.

Writing letters and burning them is a good way to rid yourself of the Negativity holding you back.
Another way is to write your letter and bury it
