vibrations in dream
Hi,
This has happened two times to me.First time i was dreaming(not lucid) and suddenly intense vibration started and it woke me up from dream.
and last night again i was dreaming and vibration started but this instead of waking up i became conscious and i was walking around there for sometime before waking up.
1)So has anyone experienced this.
2)is this AP or lucid dreaming ? I never heard that one can lucid in dream through vibrations.

Quote:
One of the initial signs of astral projection are vibrations. These are the tingling or buzzing sensations that one feels before leaving the physical body. These are typical of the "The Vibration State," as described by Robert Monroe, who pioneered the investigation of out-of-body experiences.
Many of those who have undergone out-of-body experiences describe these astral projection vibrations as energy waves that pass through the body and over the head. These waves run through the body again and again until the feeling of weightlessness is achieved, at which point astral projection occurs.
Astral projection vibrations are a sign that you are ready for an out-of-body experience.

That quotation is from a Yahoo discussion site, but I cannot yet post the URL (newbie status).
I recently had an experience of intense vibration while on the threshold of waking. This was followed by a sense of sleep paralysis and being pulled by something or someone. That alarmed me, and I immediately woke up.
