Anyone read Robert Bruce's book on AP?

I have read a few chapters on this book. From what I have read so far, he is brilliant. I think this could be the best ap book ever. My only regret is I wish I read this book a long time ago. I would likely be a lot further ahead with ap if I read this book. Bruce is very wise from what I have read. He deserves a lot of recognition. This books tells you everything you need to know about ap.

I have not read any of his books , but from the little I did read from his posts on his forum , he had a much different belief system . We have discussed him a few times on astral pulse .

p.s. One thing I remember on one of his posts went some thing like this , this is not an exact quote as its been many years scince I read it . Demons do not like to cross water , meditate in side a garden hose . (its at your feet on the ground )

Are you able to tell me please why is the New Energy Ways helpful to ap? I would really like to know. If anyone else can answer it I would appreciate it as well. I did read about it in the book but I am not sure sure why it is important to ap. Does it make ap easier to ap?

New energy may be what you get when you do the middle pillar , or circulation of white light . The circulation of white light is from the golden dawn , and is a method of psychic self protection and a way to get energy .
p.s. I see them discussing ever thing from chi to kundlini on there forum so I am not sure what new energy is .

Suzy, his book "Mastering Astral Projection" includes some CDs which illustrate NEW being used as a visualisation aid. The CDs then lead on to binaural tones and guided instruction into AP. They are only available with the hard copy (not the Kindle version). I think the only advantage of NEW is to help beginners with visualisation. His "Astral Dynamics" book is a much heavier and detailed tome. Please let us all know what you think after you have finished reading it!

It was just my imagination desert rat. I could see a beautiful meditation retreat place in the countryside and a class of 30 meditators sitting on the grass in garden hoses. Made me giggle.
