Chakras explained in a kid's show
I knew nothing about chakras, but this video has helped me to understand it a bit. I dont agree with the very last Chakra about releasing everything you love.
I actually think that the ptb are using the chakra thing to help steer everyone along the route of the New Age Movement.

Great. It works.
A nice way of putting it, though one can't help notice how it claims the chakras are all blocked by alleged bads of humans. I don't agree with that but it's probably a great way to start followers thinking. I certainly agree that they need an occasional cleaning for purification of the flow of etheric energies and spaces we reserve for spiritual "within" purposes.
Just as an aside, one thing I've never come to terms with in the new age practices around chakras is that they can only really work if one practices them in context of the Hindu system. The root chakra is at one's bottom in their system. Now, in the way they practice it (and particularly to sit, probably padmasana) that would be on the ground. Take this root away from the ground (like, sitting in a chair or standing) and it loses contact with "root". So it's meaning is inherently diluted. If standing, is there really no energic circulation below one's bum? Are the legs and feet dead?
I do an occasional chakra cleaning based on a different system (the Middle Pillar) in which the root is at one's feet where it should be if your bum isn't on the floor. (I stand to do it most times.) It has far wider implications than just chakra which needn't be expounded upon here!!
