Blocked chakras and hearth without emotions
Hello everyone. I am facing with some "problems" for 1 year and few months now.. I've experienced emotional trauma which closed my chakras and sealed my hearth somewhere cold, where it cannot express emotions anymore.
Is there a way to open my chakras by myself or is there "shaman" needed ? I hardly meditate because I cannot relax. I know that meditation is doorway to your inner being but my inner being was cut off from me. The only thing I dont understand is, If I lost my spirit or at least It gone away, how come that I havent died on that event ?

Yes. Find a post made by Medium Laura. She is a professional and at the bottom of her posts, she has a link to her podcasts. In that link, there is a podcast on Chakras, and with her voice she guides you through a Chakra balancing meditation. It's the best Chakra balancing meditation I've found.
