May I have some advice regarding auras?

The auras I see are colorless, better described as the energy field, I believe. It is a transparent glow that I can see around anyone. If I do see what I believe to be an aura, it's usually always green and rarely blue.

How can i begin to see actual auras? Thank you.

There is a difference between a person's merkaba (that energy field) and their aura. It is a rare talent to be able to see this field. There is some channeled Kryon material written about this field which may be of interest to you.

Most skills like aura reading just require practice. Your energy of intent and effort to see auras will be rewarded. That message would be the audio about the Hidden Youth template, the one in the middle. May I say that what you can see as an energy field is some thing you can converse with. Being able to see a person's aura is a gift. Seeing an aspect of their eternal divinity is a greater gift in my mind.

Interesting. Never thought about being able to see the Merkaba or Merkivah (light bodies).
How could one tell the difference? I mean, ppl who are just beginning to see auras usually don't see colours either, but instead a smaller grey/whitish field around someone or something.

I see auras around trees and plants which is always white. My own aura is mainly white with light blue and light pink. Im not at any point where i openly see peoples auras at random. I'd have to view in with concentration. nor am i at any point where i see a huge dome of colours around them like you see in photos or images. very cool info john.

You are seeing ethereal fields. Auras are also ethereal constructs but of a higher vibrational quality. The colors that you are seeing reflect a higher reality. Blue is a color worn by moderately advanced souls and green, when it is a pastel, indicates spiritual growth. You are doing quite well. Continue your efforts please.

How, exactly, can you see auras? You must realize that clairvoyancy is not an automatic indicator of advancement. There are many very advanced people on Earth who cannot see auras. With practice and commitment you will develop this skill. Practice the quiet mind of the Master White Feather. This is good start. And.... do not allow expectations to cloud your vision.

A trick that helped me was staring at an object for as long as you can withstand. Clear your mind and begin to visualize seeing the color show around the object. If you have to blink, do so and start again. With time you will be able to make it happen and with less time put forth.

I believe this is a rare gift to see auras with your physical eyes. I have only once seen a aura around someone and it was absolutely beautiful but never happened again. I mainly use my 3rd eye to see what i need to see.

There are no 'physical auras' hence you don't see them with your physical eyes. You can't see an etheric or astral aura with physical vision either - the vision conducted must be of the same subtle level - thus you see astral auras with astral vision. However, one can remain in conscious coincidence with the physical body - and yet see with astral vision. When you see colours around people or an object - it is because you are using astral vision at that moment.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who only sees them as clear and glowing. I thought I was doing it wrong. I've only tried it on myself though.
