How can I practice pranic healing without any stress or difficulty?
hey guys,
i need ur serious help.. few months ago i read advanced pranic healing book to heal my severe myopia without doing any basic or advanced pranic healing courses.. there it was written not to think about black or dark dirty prana or may cause adverse effect..so i got worried and stressed that i dont think about it but due to fear i started thinking dark dirty prana while practising energy excercises for eyes causing stress pain and difficulty during breathing..so i quit doing those excercises and planned to do basic pranic healing course and advanced then only will practice it..but I'm worried that after courses also my problems wont solve..so can u guys plz suggest me what should i do while doing courses and will i ever overcome my problem after i do courses,..do reply plz ..nd thanks...🙏🙏😊
