As an eternal
Ruler of these seas...
I watch over them
And let them be as free
As they were designed to be.

Seven raging seas are so match for me
I see through them all
With crystal eyes
I weave through the waves
With diamond sword
And crystal mind...

Empress sits upon the shore
In a throne made of death
Turned towards the flower of life...
Nothing sacred shall be sworn to
Hell... Or sent heaven bound..

Life and death surround
In an eternal ocean...

A kaleidoscope of
Potential.

You urge me to
Gently push above the
Surface and reach towards the stars...
I sleep on the dirty path beside a
Bus shelter but
I don't lay awake,
Restless and alarmed at
My surroundings.

You wash my winter blanket
In the fabric softener which I am
Not allergic to and
You bring me sandwiches
And a thermos full of
Peppermint tea.

I look all raggerty and
Worn around the edges but
I stare each night up
To the stars and talk to crickets.

Each night you
Pray for me to bid me
Good health and wealth in spirit
I hear your prayers and reply in kind
Souls pass me by and think I'm talking to myself...
Just a mad women resting under a street light.

I know better then them!
I see the lines which connect
Our bonded ties...
One person to another... To another... To another
An infinity of connections through all space and time.

I can relate to you the one
Who rests their head upon
Egyptian cotton and eats caviar for breakfast...
All while bringing me sandwiches and tea in the morning
And praying for my health in the evening.

We are ALL worlds apart from each other...
.. But closer and more
Connected than we know.

Silence is bliss
It carries me
Into the great
Unknown abyss

Where only I exist...
Silence is bliss
It carries me home
No sins of the mind
To atone
Being alone never felt
So homely.

Sonar waves
Always flow towards me
Over me, some
Bounce back
To where they came from
Echo location means
That I'm always
In communication...
Bubbles of energy
Surround me in
My sleep
I hear the whale song
Whenever I dream...

I wish that I could translate
The whale song
What would I learn
If I spoke whale?

Perhaps they are telling me
Secrets about an ancient
Home I might have come from.

Finished page 1. These are really really good. I would re-read them. Some poetry feels transient to me. But these feel permanent. I like the rhythm. And the imagery. I strongly relate to what you are saying. And each one is very different. Bravo :)

Thanks for stopping in - I am not quite sure what to make of your lovely feedack, I am happy and humbled that others might read hehe.


I have been following your writing and I find it really interesting... and thought provoking so I hope that you do not mind if I follow some of that flow with my own creative processes in here.
I don't know if I want to disrupt other people's spaces too much with my own musings lol...
I am giving a little disclaimer I guess - not trying to steal anybodies thunder - just rolling with the inspiration and influence from others in our connected world.

(I have strange dreams)


I had a dream
Where it seemed
That I was flying
Through the universe
Completely unconcerned
By my whereabouts
Totally consumed by the
Stardust which
Surrounded me...

One second I was dreaming
About stars and stardust
The next second
I felt my senses creep
Back in... somewhere
Between the seams of
Infinity and solid matter...
It was then I heard some
Mental chatter
Drawing my attention to
My appetite and hunger...
I was hungry...
Like the wolf
Caught up in
The blinding light of
Bliss.

Within one
Mere second
I somehow manifested
A can of spaghetti
Floating right before me...
My hungriness, like magic
Had beckoned
A meal from nothing.

So I reached towards the can
Grasped it in my hands
Opened it... surprised to
See that my can of spaghetti
Was actually a can of worms
Which proceeded to squirm
Through the entire galaxy...
I no longer felt hungry...
I was too bewildered but amazed...
So I decided to stay...
And welcome this new reality...
Where the entire universe...
Was now immersed
In one big
Open can of worms.

What happens when
We meet each other
Beyond our graves?

Once you said that we become
One and the same -
I resisted that notion
Caved into ideas of
An eternal separation.

It is too late now to
Go our separate ways
There is no separation or
Wanting.... longing or
Pining for the one who
Eternally wakes
Each moment to greet me and
Meet me in love.

There are no words left
Between us...
No bitter pills to swallow,
No swords to remove
There is nothing between us but
Silence, quiet
Trust.

What happens when we
Meet beyond the grave...
We have done it before...
Will we do it again?

You and I are petals on
The same flower of life...
Part of the same tribe
Held together in the same matrix
It is written in the stars
By the scribe to our times...

There is no roll of the dice here...
No chance or luck...
This is fate we magnetised
Into matter.

Beyond the grave, there is more life, that the grave could not take away.

A soul can't be destroyed but is life itself!... it grows to God knows where.

All in the all.

I will be there to say high on the other side of this thing we call life.

We have met before.

It's nice to have friends on this side of the realm.
We may have met before but I'm a more sophisticated being now haha
A posh but leisurely lizard who basks in the sun, sipping lemonade and eating scones and strawberries.

A friend from my childhood wrote me this poem many moons ago:

"I see the lizard
Soaking up the sun
Quiet on its rock
Letting its work be done".

Invisible Process



My words go in
To your computer and
Get registered into
Data except the
Computer input person
Put the data in wrong
They spoke jibberish
The computer spoke plain english
The translation always left
Something to be desired...
Conversations consequently
Became one-sided... misfired.

I can't blame you...
You construct my world view
The best you can but
You can't comprehend
That my world might actually
Be different to the one which
You built for me.
Significant data is missing
So you miss the point of
My world.

You built imaginary castles in the sky
For me but they remain empty
For that life is but a dream
You built for me...
For when I am truly free
I live in a treehouse
In the forest... And catch
Fish in the stream.

You thought that I could do
With domestication but failed
To see my drive for the wilderness...
My inner fire, my feelings... My true light
My potential
You minimised me...
You saw someone who I
Am not...
And so I became
The child who
Strayed.. . So very lost.

You will never stop trying
To fit me into the boxes you
Build...
You will never yeild
To the possibility of
Vaster potentials... And that's OK...


You doubt me
Because you doubt yourself
You minimise me
Because you're afraid of yourself
You caged me
Because you enslaved yourself...

My heart breaks for you...
As it breaks for me
As it breaks I bleed...
As I bleed I am freed.
