I've seen lots of pretty colours tonight if that counts as abilities XD

Can't sleep (didn't think I would be able to), though I usually tend to be quite sensitive after an inner clearing. So I might be more clairvoyant/clairsentient than usual.

Don't know about these other abilities but I definitely had the feeling that these removals would 'bring them back'. Like they'd been cut off but I don't remember anything about it.

In a month. In her original email she suggested one every month for six months so it's a long term process. I'm really grateful. By the end of these next six months I'm gonna be a completely different person. I feel it.

It may be that indeed. Imagine how you'll feel after the next one. Though it may take you a few days to get use to this one.

I have to take a weekly salt bath and carry black tourmaline around with me for a while. The salt bath clears the aura since stuff is always attaching to it. The black tourmaline is for grounding.

I dont know how to ask this but, what is the purpose of looking into the flame of a candlelight?

I have had many such moments when I get a sensation I should ask for help but I minimize the concern and dont ask. And when I try remembering it a few minutes later,that question I was thinking to ask is gone.

I was told looking into the flame of a candle one will become aware of spirits in the area as the flame will behave a little irrationality.

Have never tried it myself so I can't comment further.
