It's Been a Long Haul!
I'm not sure how many of you can relate to what I'm writing. Hopefully this never happens to you. The times I actually thought I was finally healed; I wasn't.
I'm sure I had a nervous breakdown about 5 years ago and stupid me never got treated for it. Then while trying to heal myself my Dad took a stroke and was sick for just over a year before he passed away. He's been gone now just over a year and a half.
I've learned alot going thru all this and I hope and encourage to please take care of your mental health and don't be ashamed about it like I was. I didn't get help. 😕
I thought I'd bounce back on my own but I didn't.
I'm much better now and so glad I'm back with Spiritual Forums.

You may have been fortunate with the suspected breakdown as many who put themselves in others hands end up worse eg on terrible and many types of medication(I dipped my toe in the so called professional help route,it can be a nightmare unless you are strong)on edit-imo
