Influences

Do our past lives influence stuff in our present lives?
I love close harmony music (especially from the WWII time), but one thing that makes me think this is that everytime I hear traditional Chinese, Indian or Native American music I want to cry, but in a happy way. Could this be because in a past life I liked this music, or perhaps was born/ raised in one of these countries?
I also often find myself getting emotionally attached to things (especially places) that I've never been before, but sometimes feel like I already know and love that place (mainly quiet countrysides, or again, Asian villages or towns that have cultural/traditional decorations or landscapes).

Yes. I had my teeth pulled out as a POW in a past life. In this life I have bad teeth. I have lived many lives as a warrior and continue to identify strongly with that role. I'm sure there are other lives that I identify with that I unaware of.

I have deep connections to Ancient Egypt, I mesmerise myself in the religion and history of certain Pharaohs - so I have no doubt I was a priestess more than once, or had multiple roles in Egypt. That is where my feel most at home with. Also Japanese stuff, love it so much.

It is very likely that you are connecting to energies of previous incarnations.

awww Papa hahaa thats cute !, i never got into egyptology until i started meditating and then all i kept getting was Anubis , he was waiting for me everytime... i had to google 'jackal head " and then found out about anubis and the crossing of the souls.. thought it was funny how he was there to walk me to the "otherside" everytime , hence my name Yinepu= anubis. Its the egyptian word for anubis, anubis is greek !! But then other places will say they are all egyptian names of the same person.

Yeah, funny enough Thoth responses to this as well, I love him though, he has a lovely fatherly energy around him. I love Anubis too, I have met him a few times, he is very easy going (to me), I have a statue of him in my room.
