first astral projection!

I'm kinda sick right now and sweaty so I keep dozing on and off. anyways, I guess I astral projected this time because I was still lying in bed.

I heard whispering and a heavy weight In my chest and I told myself it was just sleep paralysis and to ignore it, that I'd sleep soon.

then everything started shaking and I thought it was my cat on the top bunk lol.

so then I did it! not on purpose though! but my soul kinda popped out.
but I was kind of hovering above my body I guess.


I didn't realize I was AP at first because I kept frantically trying to move but my body wasn't moving! but my soul kept hovering around it, sort of laying on top. I couldn't make the connection that i was out. m

I kept rolled around and telling my brain: MOVE THIS ARM but my body wouldn't respond

I sat up and everything and freaked out because it felt off- I couldn't exactly see my body when I did these things. I kept trying to move my arms but nothing. then i started freaking out more. I tried talking or screaming but I couldn't hear myself. then I heard someone walking and I thought it was my brother so I called his name which was audible. then

I knew I was astral projecting because I could hear my dad cooking but he obviously couldn't hear me screaming in bloody murder for my brother HAHA.

so I was probably on a different plane but on earth where I was? or whatever.
so I kinda calmed a bit after realizing I was AP

anyways, in my AP someone kept whispering and it was scaring the sh** out of me! at first I couldn't understand but then they started saying, "these ones, it were these ones" . I didn't know who the hell it was I was praying to god maybe I was hearing my cats thoughts ****.

I suddenly remembered how someone first AP and when they looked in the mirror they saw scary(edit). like shadows etc etc.

I was not in the mood considering my whole house is filled with floor to ceiling mirrors. I began getting scared, and I knew feeling scared wasn't great for me while AP but I couldn't help it

and so I said "our father" prayer and I felt my soul drag itself back into my body and I came to with a gasp and sweat.

now here I am typing this haha

I find this so weird because I couldn't even master lucid dreaming! the only time I lucid dreamt was an accident. I've been trying to work my way onto lucid then AP.

don't know why my soul thought now, when I'm a sweaty feverish mess my soul decides to pop its self out for a joy ride ��������
