Is it supposed to feel like this?

I was working on healing my heart chakra, and on my right side of my chest it felt like something was expanding, it felt really weird.

If you are working with healing your heart chakra, are you filling it with self love?

Are you filling it with more self love than you normally would?

If so, then you are putting in more than the capacity your heart is used to so expansion is required

Much the same as with overeating, once the pain of too much has eased off a contented feeling follows,,,
