Leaking thoat chakra

The way I have seen chakras is they are either balanced, open (spinning fast and releasing energy), or closed (blocked, spinning slowly, not at all or even in reverse).

If yours is 'leaking' I would say it is open and releasing energy. Which would then mean you are over-talkative, self-righteous, and arrogant.

However, upon your description of the event, I would say it is blocked, meaning you are holding back from self expression, unreliable and gold inconsistent views.

Your goal is to balance your throat chakra wherein you will be a good communicator.
