is this the chakra clearing meditation?

Hi ive been doing an evening and morning chakra clearing meditation cd (doreen virtue) and after 2 days of doing it i went about my ordinary life and went shopping (2 growing teenage boys and husband to feed)and as i approached the crossing at the main road i felt like i was being blasted with noise the traffic sounded so loud i could not hear myself i mean really loud i asked my husband what he thought and he said no more than normal but to me i felt like i was standing by the speakers at a concert anyway im rambling any advice would be great love and lightxxxx

Seems normal. Clearing will help your senses be amplified. Smelling, sight, sound etc.

sadly, increased awareness = increased frustration with the outside world.
