I wouldn't be surprised, tbh
Apparently companies can get away with a lot of [edited by staff/refer to language rule]here in the USA. It's very detrimental to those trying to make conscious choices, only to find out later on they've been lied to.
It upsets me, because I know a lot of people who WANT to make better choices, and these people...bleh.

That's what I was wondering, linen. I saw nothing about a lawsuit...but at least they came clean.
I guess this is all telling us something.
