Based on the appearence, it looks like it could be either Blue Topaz or Tanzanite. I wish that I could just look at it and sense the energy so that I could tell you something like "Yeah ... Go for it!!!" But, especially when your paying that kind of money, I think it's important to hold the stone so that you can be more sure. In the past, I didn't always follow that advice, back when I studied Vedic Astrology, so I bought cut gemstones such as Green Tourmaline, Garnet, Hessonite, Citrine, Yellow Topaz and Amythest without ever seeing or holding them. The results were OK. But when your spending that kind of money, you want to try to make sure that whatever results your getting merits the cost.

To me it feels like the energy of it is pretty dull. Usually I feel much stronger energy in raw crystals. Good luck finding a good one :) Hope you are well.
