for some reason it reminds me of my grandfather so intial thoughts are Scotland, Scottish, John, Acohol, Addicitons ...
those are my intial thoughts, if you're seeing something ghostly in the photos, i do not, but those are my intial thoughts on the photo :)

Maybe post this in the Paranormal boards? It's very active there and someone will might see what you do ? I dont not see anything, but I couldn't begin to tell you what it would be. The only thing I feel when I see that photo is my grandpa, so passed 11 years ago

I felt sad and thought of an older person as someone else said..I don't see anything in the picture per say that would equal spiritual, however.
