How should I handle the S situation (problem person from work)

This person feels like they are extending their energy out in some feeling of a bit of threat/ insecurity as they see your merit. Its competitive and it almost feels like people have aiming for an objective at least in their minds that requires a 'leap' of some kind, and whether or not they meet it , they aim for the best out of challenge/ competiton. So the result is some of it might also be out of reach, but they are aiming anyways. This person is already holding their own, and have themselves established enough in their own sphere of work, I feel they are building just as much, but are intent to create some chaos for you, for the sake of it.
The cards show co operation is needed and advisable, and reaching a common ground where you can find peace is better than finding conflict with them. Because ultimately you will be on the same page as them no matter what the outcome for them or you.
So the advise right now, is to that you have your merit and need to hold your own space in your work. There is travel/ trip in the picture coming for you. This shows partnership/ love life with someone who shares you professional background, and there needs to be let go, release for you at this time , because it's all always work and no play it feels. There is travel in the picture, although not with someone who shares my professional background (much-needed trip to see family). It does feel like it's all work and no play right now O_O I would like to find love, but no prospective partners at this time - 99% sure the guy at work has gotten over his crush.

Work is such an integral part of your life, it is also almost your personal life as well. It feels like when its a period of major waiting or transition at work , it seeps into your personal space as well, and becomes a way life personally as well, and you are not allowed a mental space always where you can rest, like a sanctuary to recharge yourself separate from work.

True - I'm aware that work is a big part of my life/taking over my life. I'm currently trying to make sure I remain in control and fight hard to keep my personal life alive, meditate more etc.

There is a need for thrill/ exhilaration of some sort, it's almost like a sport that keeps you going with what you do everyday, maybe a personal challenge to yourself, only to make sure this isn't self destructive and more on productive scale when it comes to your health and well being, stress shouldn't become a way to achieve goals, as this would induce positive results for your professional life as well, when you learn to channel this energy, and let lose and relax.

Sort of? I do enjoy the satisfaction of doing my job well, and am one of those people who likes task completion etc :)

Very much this. I'm hitting the wall now after about 6 weeks of pushing my limits professionally and personally concurrently; I'm having to work hard now at re-centering.

A period of catching your breath and the opportunity to choose your projects with a bit more of a discerning eye. You aren't going to feel compelled to take on every project/patient/client that lands on your desk, you can afford to be a bit more choosey.

I really do need to consolidate a bit. I also don't feel the need to be really aggressive in building my caseload at work; we just put on a newbie so most of the new patients are being directed to them, but despite this my books are still going well! :)

Four submersibles.

I am seeing tools and instruments that could help with meditation. So either an activity or creative hobby, like art/ crafts or music, or spending time outdoors in nature, where you work with planets trees, or spot a place where you can meditate beneath a tree or connection rocks, chosen spots in nature.

I feel this should be good for you, hope this relates somehow, let me know.

I am currently struggling to understand my relationship with Ma.

For the past I get queen swords and 3 swords, for the present situation: Justice, page pentacles, two pentacles, Star and Sun
The seeds of any issues are in the past or childhood. Maybe Ma came across as very critical and unsupportive. For now you seem unsure on how to proceed but the cards suggest you have to relax, breathe and take decisions slowly and calmly, one day at a time. Avoid being pessimistic and hopeless. Avoid letting it freeze you in any way. The Star and Sun suggest that with a positive attitude you attract more positivity. People look up to you . You have come far on your journey. Thanks for the reading. It doesn't really resonate as it's not an issue around competitive office politics but someone in constant breach of company policy on several levels and uses 'health and personal family issues' as an excuse. It's a bit of an HR minefield but I've been given the pleasure of dealing with it
