I need holistic help

What are three natural ways to holistically cleanse your kidney, colon, and liver? and thats affordable.

This is the method i used when i started my kundilini awakening. I had completely cleanse my body from years of abuse.

3 x day- a dose of psyllium husks - colon & intestines
2 x day- 2x finely choped garlic cloves, (swallow with your psyllium drink.)
1 x day- Milk thistle - liver, kidneys
1 x day- glass of water with a whole lemon. i wouldn't do this for any longer than 2 weeks due to staining of teeth and acidity levels.
2 x litres of water a day.
Nothing but raw/fruits vegetables diet for 3 weeks, with brown rice for energy when needed, i did have the occasional lean chicken for protein.

Keep that up for a few weeks and you will notice a big change in vitality!

maybe you should try out this MIR method that's posted in the Healing section I believe.. an overall panacea of sorts but useful for cleansing
