I know for me sleeping 2-3 hours using a Delta wave Binaural beat brings the easiest results, now I have questions about the destination this method gives. I imagine that if I was achieving conscious projection through meditation my destination would be a little higher in the planes due to me reaching that state of trance. Things can be a bit more scattered when you AP through a sleeping pattern alteration. But eitherway it always turns out the best results. I have shared it with a few people who were already well versed in astral projection and each and every one of those people achieved the exact same results as I did. On one occasion the person hadn't had a projection in years and with my method/technique he AP'd on the first night! The people with less experience this technique may not work as well because they aren't experienced with the sensations and how to exit. So they are more likely to get stuck up on the vibrational stage. But everyone is definitely different when it comes to AP so I am sure there are people out there the technique may never work, and some it will work as well for them as it does for me.
Binaural beats? do they work? i heard that some people hear things afterwards.
also, ill let you guys know how my projection goes today! :)

Yes they certainly do work. They make the difference in me projecting once or twice a month into me projecting several times a week. They are going to work better/worse for some but for me they are wonderful. It's definitely worth trying, what do you mean some people hear things afterwards? I will tell you from experience regardless of if you use Binaural beats or not there is always a chance you will hear something. That is just the nature of the astral and spiritual dimensions.

Hi dionysus,
What do you exactly mean..."you never leave more than 60% of the way"....Do you mean you don't come completely out of your body?
And when you say you "allow yourself to travel with someone sometimes" -do you mean it's a Spirit helping you....but you don't leave because you don't get out of body...? I'm sorry but it was a bit unclear what you meant.

Tobi,
to clearify... ive heard tales of people dying becuase their body has been tampered with while they were on a trip.

i don't leave my body completely..not usually. It all really depends on how you feel leaving your body implies.. When i read somebody, i feel like im with them internally. sometimes i see things and my body is not a part of it, i take myself out of the equation. does that count? i once saw.. the source? idk what to call it, i was wondering around with the concept of 'oneness' and i ended up out side of space looking at EVERYTHING and it just looked like a big BUZZ of energy, does that count? if thats the case, i have left 99.9 percent. but i never feel like im out of my body, because i do strongly believe in oneness and if im somewhere else im still connected somewhere to my body right? idk im just thinking as im typing. its really hard to explain.

when i said i travel with someone, i mean when im reading them, or just thinking about them, or feel them etc. loved ones are close to me and i can usually sense things happening or what theyre thinking sometimes, but i try my best to give them privacy lol. Guides as well, although i never took much time to explore that aspect. ...

maybe you can get soemthing out of that. good luck;)

Nothing can happen during astral travel that doesn't happen during normal waking life as far as living. The only way you will die during astral travel/lucid dreaming is if your body actually dies because of natural reasons. The only health issues to worry about for astral travel is if you have heart disease or heart issues because projecting can cause your heart to race and things of that nature, so it's possible you could have a heart attack if you have heart issues prior to projecting. Other than that you cannot die during projecting unless your body naturally dies in which case even if you weren't projecting you would of died anyways, so there is no difference. There are no records of anyone dying during astral projection, there are no spirits that have ever communicated with a medium that they died during astral projection, you cannot die during astral projection from anything other than natural causes.

Your admission of fear is something that is going to need to be dealt with prior to projecting. Fear has no place in astral projection/lucid dreaming and at the very least is going to be a roadblock, at worst it's going to ruin your experiences. Your thoughts/emotions/feelings can and do manifest during astral projection/lucid dreams and so if you have unresolved fear it's highly likely you will have scary experiences until that fear is resolved. Being in a fearful state will lower your vibration and will make it so you only have access to the lower planes, which are typically where spirits who like to scare you live. So it's going to be a chain effect of fear producing more fear and it could really ruin your perspective on astral projection for a very long time. You should meditate deeply on what you are scared about, why you are scared, and figure out how to deal with that fear before you begin projecting.
