Shadow spirits
Hi All
what do you know about shadow spirits are they people in the psychical realm,
who then float about in shadow to influence or deceive people in the physical realm?
interested to hear your thoughts?

I consider them elementals generally. A ripened mantra practice is their bane, prayer where inner direction is realized, or no-thought meditations, love, fearlessness, grace. Many are not malicious. There can be an attitude of battle sometimes, but simply shining your being I'll venture is better and with less potential ego complications. A need for battle it seems can indicate fear.
