Green Lights

Over the past 8 years or so every once in a while I see this flutter of green lights. The first time a flutter of green sparks appeared and slowly floated at about tree branch level while i was walking outside at night. The next time i was along in our new empty house, painting, when I large orb of green light shot past in the hallway and my cat chased after it. Lately sometimes while in the car if I "zone out" staring at the stars about every other tree we pass I see this flutter of green lights and even saw it near a power line a few weeks ago. Is this maybe some sort of angel or spirit guide manifestation?
The past week or so while going to sleep alone I have heard a voice say my name. Once a mans voice, once a "metallic" sounding sexless voice. Several months ago the man told me his name, but I was too startled to remember what he said.
