Conversations in the shower ?

I often get inspiration and guidance in the shower. I find that this is a time when distractions are limited and the water relaxes me. The challenge for me, sometimes, is remembering what I connected with in the shower once I get out!!

Maybe you could try writing whatever comes to you while you're in the shower down immediately after you get out?

Just a suggestion .

whenever I feel very low, I like to take a shower and I feel that all my worries have just gone down along with the running water.. I feel relieved after that..

utopiadream, that is an interesting idea ~ wash your worries away and let them go down the drain

i get a lot of spirit communication in the shower. alot of deceased loved ones like to pass their messages to me at this time. glad to know there are others that engage with spirits at that time too. :)

wow very interesting stories, i was in the shower a few weeks ago and i felt someone touch my back, i wasnt afraid but was very surprised that i had been touched.

When I was in my old job I worked for the office of a very noisy factory and the loo was in the factory building.. It was also one on it's own and built with brick walls, so I could babble and sing to my hearts content and no-one could hear me.. not like my new job.
