It's dangerous to just stop taking some medications. Perhaps a change in the time of day you take them? Sometimes that helps alot. Please consult with your doctor before you make such a decision.
Are you also practicing meditation/visualization exercises?

Face the Panic instead until its hold is dispelled~

and use herbs which rebuild strength as they aid in diminishing discomfort and irritability: Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Skullcap, Valerian Root, Rhodiola Root, GABA
Then walk twice a day with or without a dog.
But if you are unwilling to change or try , then stick with your doctor and read the side effects of the medications closely and read them once a week, as side effects will occur at any time and can be fatal or fully disabling.

you don't really know my situation or where I live and if I can get herbs and a dog
I'm not asking how can I stop the panic attacks
I'm asking if its gonna be beneficial if I stop the medication during this specific time ... for my conscious .. during december 21

Time of day can help sometimes, because some medications have a tendency to make you feel lightheaded, sleepy, etc. If you take them right before you go to bed, they can help you rest better (making you feel more at ease and at peace during the day), but will also allow you to sleep during the unwanted side effects of the drug. It's just a suggestion. If you already got the ok from your dr, then the choice is a free one. Changing the time of day may not help you much or even at all if you need instant relief. In that case, you'll have to weigh the benefits of whatever choice you make.
I wish you all the best.

It's wise not to suddenly stop taking them.
Anti-anxiety medication definitely did help a family member of mine. There is a time and a place for them.
You can still attune your Soul to Spiritual intent and vibrations, while you are taking the medication. That won't stop you or hinder your Heart and Soul.
Stop taking them when the time is right, when you get more stabilized, and confident, and under direction from your doctor. Usually this form of medication is meant to be temporary.
The world is definitely not going to end on Friday.
But a Spiritual "quickening" is definitely happening right now. Shine your Light
