my anger seems to mainly be triggered by frustration,
when my intentions are thwarted repeatedly.
i'm not sure what you've meant by "let go some anger" Flyawaywithme.
if you've freed up a portion of your emotional field by releasing a held
feeling (beyond it's usefulness to you), then it would seem a good thing.
