there is this time thing again, this overwhelming will never get it all done feeling and no matter how much I tell myself, I have plenty of time... it doesn't seem to be helping. Any other ideas ?

Time seems to be speeding up on us. Twenty four hours used to be a lot longer than it is now...! I would say this: prioritize, prioritize, prioritize!!!

hee hee Rosewater, I am not even sure Plan B would work. Because.... if we manifested to turn time back, we would eventually get back to where we are now, and still have to deal with everything as it is.

I do meditate, but for me it isn't the answer to everything. I must be doing something different than others, because for some ... it seems to be their answer to anything/everything. It may take you away for some time, distract you from what you are dealing with, then when you finish the meditation, yes you are feeling calm, peaceful, in bliss or whatever... but you step back into your life which is still where you left it, before the meditation... and guess what, it is still there.

Don't get me wrong, I do meditate and I find it helpful in many ways, but it isn't the answer for me at this moment in time. Maybe I just need time to stop,moments to be frozen in time for a short while, need more than one day though !

yes, I think something must have happened with all these daylight savings occurances, we must have lost more than 1 hour coming & going, lol !

Short and to the point ~ prioritize ! Something I NEED to do ! I have lists all over the place, nothing is in order, lol ! thank you

Many of the suggestions already mentioned sound sufficient. I just wanted to point out that you might come at this from a different angle. Often it is necessary to put things off until tomorrow and this can lead to a great deal of anxiety about things piling up. I would suggest adding something like this to your list:

I trust that everything will happen in its time

I allow the universe to help me get things done

I welcome the opportunity to accomplish ALL that I need to accomplish

I was thinking about this time issue just recently, and then later that day, I saw a license plate that said " focus ". Perhaps that is also what I need to day, focus on something instead of everything that needs doing, then it won't seem so overwhelming. I must really need that message as I keep seeing it !
